Faith-Based & Social Outreach

Each year, NextArc Leadership Solutions donates 50% of company after-tax operating profit to the advancement of faith-based organizations and the social good through NextArc Ministries.

In 2024, NextArc Ministries gratefully shared its time, talent and treasure with the following organizations and people.

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BB-BS) helps children realize their potential and build their futures. BB-BS nurtures children and strengthens communities. For more than 100 years, BB-BS has operated under the belief that inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As the nation’s largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, BB-BS makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 7 through 14, in communities across the country.

NextArc Ministries Direct Outreach

NextArc Ministries Direct Outreach provides food, hydration, hygiene supplies and clothing to homeless and impoverished men and women in the Charlotte, NC metropolitan area. As importantly, this outreach extends camaraderie and encouragement to those who are down or despairing.

Since 1910, Catholic Charities has brought hope to individuals and families navigating hardship. With a network that spans nationwide, Catholic Charities is one of the leading organizations fighting to reduce poverty and provide critical support to those in need. Catholic Charities USA played a key role in the recovery efforts for Hurricane Helene by providing financial assistance and other support to North Carolina residents.

Holy Spirit Catholic Church (HSCC) is a parish community in Denver, NC. The parish continues its traditions of providing spiritual nourishment, Christian hospitality and community outreach, through liturgy, praise, faith formation and ministerial support. The parish is committed to service of others in the name of Jesus Christ, especially those in surrounding counties. The HSCC Capital Campaign is raising funds for the completion of its new church building in Denver, NC.

The mission of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church is to live and proclaim the Gospel entrusted to its parishioners. The parish strives in its rich diversity to be a community of welcome and hospitality; one with the Risen Christ, each other, and the whole Church. The parish engages in a variety of ministries of service to the parish family and the surrounding community.

Urban Ministries believes that home is critical to provide safety, stability, and dignity in people’s lives. Each day, the organization serves 1,200 people in the metropolitan Charlotte community – half are served through the homeless services, and half are formerly homeless served through the housing programs.

Cross Catholic Outreach is a Catholic Ministry that partners with bishops, priests, religious and lay workers to provide food, water, housing, education, orphan support, medical care, microenterprise and disaster relief — and the love of our Lord Jesus Christ — to the poorest of the poor in over 30 countries around the world.

Hearts to Hands CLT, Inc. is a community development 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the homeless population in Charlotte, North Carolina. The organization's mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, to improve the mental health and overall well-being of those less fortunate.
